1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

2. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the following locations:

• Local (Major Cities): Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad
• National: All cities across Pakistan
• International: Currently we only ship within Pakistan

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your order number
• Logging into your account and viewing your order history

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Shipping method selected
• Order weight and dimensions

You can view the shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase.

6. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 5,000. This offer applies to domestic orders only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

7. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors that may affect delivery include:

• Peak holiday seasons
• Customs clearance (if applicable)
• Incorrect address information

8. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. These items will be clearly marked on their product pages.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate shipping confirmations for each shipment.

10. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

11. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

12. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping zones and will update this page when international shipping becomes available.
